Just Salad Partners with Gotham Greens for Romaine Needs

Just Salad will have Gotham Greens produce available in restaurants starting Monday, December 3.

Just Salad has inked a deal with Gotham Greens, one that will make Gotham Greens its romaine lettuce supplier, according to a Fast Casual report.

The health-focused chain will begin offering the Gotham Greens produce in its restaurants on Monday, December 3, according to the article.

"When we opened in 2006, I never thought it’d be possible to serve great romaine grown right here in New York City, but Gotham Greens has made that happen," Just Salad CEO and co-founder Nick Kenner said in a statement, according to the article. "We pride ourselves in serving unparalleled freshness to our guests, and this hyper-local supply chain in both New York City and Chicago — our two biggest markets — truly delivers on that front."
