KFC U.S. Promotes Staci Rawls to Chief Communications Officer

The Chief Communications Officer role is a newly-created position at the fast-food brand.

Fast-food chain KFC has promoted Staci Rawls to the role of chief communications officer for its U.S. division, according to a Restaurant Business report.

“Staci has been a key leader in KFC’s brand turnaround in the U.S.,” KFC U.S. president Kevin Hochman said in a statement, according to the article.

Rawls has led KFC in some major brand-related moments, including the limited edition release of the 11 Herbs & Spices Firelog, according to the article.

“Breaking through the clutter of the modern media environment is challenging,” Rawls said in a statement, according to the article. “I couldn’t be more excited to continue to innovate communications strategies that bring our company narrative to life and drive our business forward.”
