Having just celebrated his 10-year anniversary as Las Cruces' Ruby Tuesday location, Johnnie Giovengo is also celebrating becoming one of the restaurant franchise's most successful operators. 
 
Giovengo told the Las Cruces Sun-News that, while he didn't come to Las Cruces and set out to become a restaurateur, hospitality has become one of the things he loves most. He became a Ruby Tuesday franchisee at 26-years old and hasn't looked back. 
 
Ruby Tuesday's Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations James Vitrano told the newspaper that Johnnie constantly puts customers first and leads his team to bring about an environment that creates a fun experience. 
 
"We hope to attract more entrepreneurs like him," Vitrano said.
