After starting his day at 8 a.m., he’s responsible for preparing the store for the day. Following his six-hour shift on the floor, Cabrera is then responsible for all the paperwork and logistical side of managing the store.&nbsp;Over the last few months in his new roles, Cabrera has had to mature greatly. "When I started working I was still a young kid that liked to have fun," he said. "That was the problem. I had too much fun, but as I started getting into the role, I matured quickly without really noticing," he shared.&nbsp;Currently, Cabrera spends most of his time recruiting new employees and planning out his future personal and financial goals.
