Winners of the Outstanding Restaurateur Award are recognized during the Lone Star Bash ft. the Texas Restaurant Awards event. 

Masroor Fatnay, owner of Houston’s Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a legendary Texas-born chicken franchise, was announced as the winner of this year’s Texas Restaurateur of the Year Award.
