Erik Mansmann is an expert in seeing a community's needs and bringing the perfect restaurant to fill them. With experience opening over 100 restaurants in his career, Mansmann feels confident in his decision to bring the fast-casual franchise known for its iconic chicken fingers and secret sauce, Layne’s Chicken Fingers, to Morgantown. Especially after the community expressed on social media a need for other chicken chains like KFC or Zaxby’s.
“Come say ‘Hi’ to Erik,” said Mansmann. “Give every one of the doubters my name, and tell ’em I’ll be there.”
Mansmann hopes to win over the Morgantown community with outstanding food, phenomenal service, and an incredibly clean building. He believes that this new location will prove successful because its located in a college town. Layne’s Chicken Fingers was founded near Texas A&M, so the brand knows how to reach college students, and Mansmann plans on using that to reach the local college community in Morgantown.
