APPLETON, Wis. — Layne’s Chicken Fingers, the Soon to be Famous™ chicken finger franchise with over 20 restaurants open across the U.S. and another 250 sold, will be opening in Appleton, WisconsinThis year. Josh and Lucas Bergeson are leading the brand’s growth in Appleton and after recently securing real estate at 3600 W College Ave., they are on track to open the restaurant in July.

The Appleton deal is one of many in the Layne’s pipeline, and it is the second in Wisconsin, where the brothers are spearheading brand growth. As the franchise continues to grow its footprint, Josh and Lucas will play a key role in driving brand awareness and catering to even more Layne’s fans nationwide.

In the $59 billion fast food chicken market, Layne’s strives to provide its guests with a unique and refreshing experience. The Layne’s team is also working to sell 200 total restaurants by 2025, focusing its expansion on its home state of Texas as well as Virginia, Wisconsin, Florida, Arizona, New Mexico and Oklahoma.
