The 50-unit franchise brand has begun offering the low-cost entry model as part of its overall growth strategy.

French pastry shop franchise Le Macaron French Pastries announced it has begun offering mobile kiosk franchise opportunities in addition to its brick-and-mortar café shop model. According to a recent release, the brand launched the concept with two mobile kiosks in Sarasota, Florida and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The franchise concept was developed to better serve an increasingly on-the-go customer base in high-traffic areas a brick-and-mortar concept cant reach while also providing increased flexibility and lower-cost entry for interested franchisees (the initial investment begins at just $91,000).
