<a href="http://www.lionschoice.com/franchising?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=lions-choice-to-open-2-kansas-city-restaurants-2707224" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">Lion&rsquo;s Choice</a>, a St. Louis-based quick-service restaurant known for its roast beef sandwiches and 25-cent mini ice cream cones, will be heading west down Interstate 70 before year&rsquo;s end. <a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/news/lion-s-choice-open-2-kc-restaurants-years-end?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=lions-choice-to-open-2-kansas-city-restaurants-2707224" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="text-decoration-line:none" target="_blank">QSR Magazine</a> detailed the franchise&rsquo;s plan to open 2 Kansas City locations in the latter half of 2018, which will be its first restaurants outside of Eastern Missouri. To introduce the brand to the new market, Lion&rsquo;s Choice is operating its food truck, The Lean Roast Beef Machine, out of Kansas City this summer.
