In 2024, Melting Pot was awarded the St. Jude Corporate Pioneer Award, an award given to a longstanding partner who has paved the path for other corporate partners with consistent growth and exemplary service to St. Jude.During the campaign, Melting Pot guests can donate $10 to St. Jude and receive a Donate and Dine Card valid for $20 off a future purchase of $50 or more, or they can donate $20 to receive a $40 Donate and Dine Card for a future purchase of $100 or more. Both Melting Pot teams and guests look forward to the campaign each year, celebrating the opportunity to make a real difference in patients’ lives while connecting with loved ones over fondue.&nbsp;This campaign, which runs from early October through early January, is the biggest driver for Melting Pot’s fundraising. The team received a private campus tour, including a chance to speak directly with a patient’s family.“It’s incredibly sobering and powerful,” Stone said. “I can’t think of many things worse than a parent hearing the words, ‘Your child has cancer.’ These families have gone through every family’s worst nightmare, and yet you see hope and resilience. That sticks with you.”On the tour, the team was able to see research facilities and learn about the true breadth of St. Jude’s impact. When it comes to finding a cure, St. Jude doesn’t just treat patients in Memphis — they share the research globally to help save the lives of children who might not otherwise have access to care. Within the community, St. Jude supports not only the young patient but their entire family.&nbsp;“St. Jude never sends families a bill, and they take care of the entire family,” Stone said. “A lot of times, families will have to stay on campus. There’s housing, meals and even dental care. If a child has to be in St. Jude for months on end, the family’s life doesn’t just stop.
