Although Wheeler was initially hesitant, he gave it a try — and immediately found his passion. He quickly discovered that managing a restaurant was more than just running operations; it was about impacting the lives of employees and customers.Wheeler goes on to describe the unique dining experience the Melting Pot offers its customers. Unlike traditional restaurants, the Melting Pot's interactive, leisurely-paced meals allow diners to slow down, reconnect and truly enjoy the dining process.
