A Melting Pot restaurant located in Darien closed in years past due to the franchisee family moving into a different stage of life, but demand for the fine dining experience associated with the brand never dissipated.&nbsp;&nbsp;“The market indicated there was an area of untapped guests who were willing to travel far to visit our other locations, like our White Plains, NY franchise,” said Benyo.&nbsp;This proved to The Melting Pot corporate headquarters that making Connecticut a part of their significant growth strategy made sense. Benyo plans to visit the state in May to explore the potential for other sites and meet with interested franchisees to ensure the ideal marriage of both are achieved.&nbsp;Overall, the brand is especially excited about bringing their cultured but comfortable, private but personal dining experience back to Connecticut. As “The Melting Pot Evolution” continues to spread across the states, existing locations are reporting significant revenue growth, with sites that have gone through the recent renovation remodel boasting a nearly 20% better return than locations who have yet to go through their official expansion face lift.
