Beef ‘O’ Brady’s the national restaurant franchise, set to open in Midlothian.

Brad Golden’s Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is scheduled to open on August 10 in Midlothian. In a recent article in the Midlothian Mirror, Brad talked about the details of the new restaurant and the buzz it’s already generating in the community.
The Midlothian Beef ‘O’ Brady’s will be larger than most locations, as Brad plans for the restaurant to host sports teams, business meeting, and live music. The restaurant will also be staying open late in order to accommodate local events that finish after normal restaurant hours.
“If an event runs late and people want to come in late and relax and eat, I want to be open,” Golden told the Mirror.
Golden also pointed out that people in Midlothian have been asking about the restaurant as construction was finishing, especially when they discovered it was not just another burger place.
“We have had people pulling up to ask when we will be open and about the party room,” Golden said. “Most of our employees live here in Midlothian. We have had our future employees stop by and ask if they can help clean or set up.”
Beef ‘O’ Brady’s is located at 1000 George Hopper Road.
