Both hires bring years of experience with major names to the table. Prior to accepting the role at Moe&rsquo;s Southwest Grill, Roberts worked for United Services Automobile Association, InterContinental Hotels Group and Proctor &amp; Gamble. Gilliam&rsquo;s resume history includes time at SusieCakes and Jamba Juice.
