Moe's Southwest Grill has announced that it will be updating its overall look, logo and menu. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the brand will focus on channeling the “Untamed Southwest.” The first location to reflect these changes will be a test kitchen in Kennesaw, GA beginning on the 16th.

The brand will be expanding its range of taco openings as part of the menu refresh. One change to note will be the addition of street tacos, available on original or blue corn tortillas. Moe’s is focused on letting bold flavors shine through with this new launch.

“Our décor was dated, so naturally we wanted to make everything feel more contemporary and sustainable. The new interiors are vital and energetic. There’s lots of color, and you’ll see textures that are reminiscent of the Southwest, from sun-bleached, wind-swept materials to table dividers designed with [the likeness of] Southwestern critters like lizards,” said president Bruce Schroder.
