While houses in your neighborhood might be handing out free candy this Halloween, restaurants want to get in on the action as well with their own freebies. For adults and children, special offers for dressing up in costume can help increase their customer traffic. According to a recent MONEY article, Halloween has become a popular day for food giveaways and discounts at restaurant chains across the country. Here are a few of the highlights of where to find freebies and discounts today.

Wearing a costume at Krispy Kreme today will get you a free doughnut of your choice—possibly a zombie, spider web or pumpkin doughnut—valid for any adult or child and best of all, no purchase necessary.

At Beef O’Brady’s, kids can eat for free off the kids’ menu with the purchase of an adult entrée if they are wearing a costume.

Chipotle continues to run their Halloween promotion that states any person dressed in costume can receive a burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad for $3 starting at 3 p.m. until the restaurant closes tonight.
