In the next three years, <a href="http://www.mooyahfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=crains-chicago-business-burger-joint-mooyah-burgers-fries-shakes-heads-for-the-south-suburbs-1757" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">MOOYAH Burgers, Fries &amp; Shakes</a>, a fast-casual burger chain, plans on opening five new locations in the south suburbs of Chicago with franchisee Kal Mohamand and his brother Sam and father Faysal.&#8220;Chicago is a restaurant hub and we are looking forward to expanding the brand not only in Chicago, but throughout the Midwest,&#8221; Ardag Tachian, director of development at MOOYAH, told Crain&#8217;s Chicago Business.Although Chicago brings competition in the burger category, MOOYAH is ready to show Chicagoans what burger customization is all about.&#8220;When there is competition, it shows that the market is demanding a good burger,&#8221; Kal Mohamad told Crain&#8217;s Chicago Business. &#8220;You should never be afraid of competition.
