Newport Beach, California-based franchise Mountain Mikes Pizza has appointed Jim Metevier as the brand&rsquo;s new president and COO, according to <a href="https://www.nrn.com/casual-dining/mountain-mike-s-names-new-president?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=mountain-mikes-hires-jim-metevier-as-president-and-coo-2707859" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">an article in Nation&rsquo;s Restaurant News</a>.

Metevier comes to Mountain Mike&rsquo;s with a wealth of industry experience, having most recently served as president of Biscuitville Fresh Southern and before that serving as COO for Yum Brands&rsquo; KFC U.s. division.

&ldquo;Not only is Jim extremely passionate about restaurant operations and the potential for the Mountain Mike&rsquo;s Pizza brand, he has an impressive history of producing remarkable results for world class franchise brands such as KFC,&rdquo; wrote Chris Britt and Ed St. Geme, co-CEOs and principal owners of Mountain Mike&rsquo;s Pizza, in a statement.

Mountain Mike&rsquo;s Pizza currently has 200 franchise locations throughout California, Nevada, Oregon and Utah.
