Mountain Mike’s Hires Jim Metevier as president and COO
The former KFC COO will oversee operations for the California-based pizza franchise.
Newport Beach, California-based franchise Mountain Mikes Pizza has appointed Jim Metevier as the brand’s new president and COO, according to an article in Nation’s Restaurant News.
Metevier comes to Mountain Mike’s with a wealth of industry experience, having most recently served as president of Biscuitville Fresh Southern and before that serving as COO for Yum Brands’ KFC U.s. division.
“Not only is Jim extremely passionate about restaurant operations and the potential for the Mountain Mike’s Pizza brand, he has an impressive history of producing remarkable results for world class franchise brands such as KFC,” wrote Chris Britt and Ed St. Geme, co-CEOs and principal owners of Mountain Mike’s Pizza, in a statement.
Mountain Mike’s Pizza currently has 200 franchise locations throughout California, Nevada, Oregon and Utah.
