Nation's Restaurant News: Captain D’s promotes Brad Reed to chief development officer

The industry veteran brings years of experience to the table in this new role.

Leadership has shifted at Captain D's. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the brand has promoted the former VP of Operations, Brad Reed, to the position of Chief Development Officer. He will be the first to hold this new position for the company.

Reed is a veteran of the industry, with a background including work at Salsarita’s Fresh Cantina and Texas Roadhouse. His time at Captain D's began in 2010 and the brand credits his work with boosting the brand's expansion progress.

“Over the past several years, Captain D’s has experienced a surge in franchise development, and Brad has been a driving force behind the strategies that have fueled this ongoing success,” said CEO Phil Greifeld.
