The position was previously occupied by David McDougall.</div>

Shotter was a part of the Moe&#39;s team for nearly a decade before accepting this new position. His resume also includes work with brands ranging from&nbsp;Starbucks to Sbarro and Popeye&rsquo;s Louisiana Kitchen, amongst others.</div>
