Americans love of brunch has prompted Bob Evans to change up its strategy. According to a <a href="http://www.nrn.com/whats-hot/bob-evans-restaurant-offer-all-day-brunch?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=nations-restaurant-news-bob-evans-restaurant-to-offer-all-day-brunch-10753" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">recent Nation&rsquo;s Restaurant News article</a>, the Bob Evans Farms Restaurant is rolling out all-day brunch at its 523 locations.

&ldquo;Brunch is a perfect marriage of what Bob Evans does best: breakfast and lunch,&rdquo; John Fisher, president of Bob Evans Restaurants, said. &ldquo;With our introduction of brunch, we are combining our amazing breakfast expertise with the innovative taste offerings that are at the heart of the Bob Evans menu.&rdquo;

The family-dining chain reported a 1.8 percent decline in same-store sales in the quarter that ended Oct. 28, 2016, although breakfast sales had increased. With breakfast sales performing well all day, the company will add seven new menu items for brunch.
