Food Network fans will soon have a chance to do business with one of its biggest stars, Bobby Flay. The chef has refined his fast-casual chain, Bobby&#39;s Burger Palace, and is preparing for expansion.&nbsp;

According to a&nbsp;recent&nbsp;<a href="http://www.nrn.com/franchising/bobby-flay-ready-license-bobby-s-burger-palace?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=nations-restaurant-news-bobby-flay-is-ready-to-license-bobbys-burger-palace-2703326" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">article</a>&nbsp;in Nation&#39;s Restaurant News, 16 out of the 17 existing units are currently owned by the company. The last is&nbsp;licensed to&nbsp;Connecticut&#39;s&nbsp;Mohegan Sun Casino. Flay is looking to license the brand in new markets across the U.S.&nbsp;

In an email interview with Nation&#39;s Restaurant News, Flay said, &quot;We have been patient in developing the concept and have waited to grow more aggressively until we felt the concept and the business were ready.&rdquo;&nbsp;

In 2016, the company&#39;s revenue surpassed $34 million, and it&#39;s continuing to see success. According to Nation&#39;s Restaurant News, Flay aims to create&nbsp;global brand recognition for Bobby&#39;s Burger Palace, and&nbsp;licensing the brand is the first&nbsp;step to&nbsp;achieving this goal.&nbsp;
