Nation's Restaurant News: Famous Toastery Is Making Breakfast Convenient

Famous Toastery will start to offer ready-made items for breakfast at certain locations.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day but what do you do when you are in a hurry? 
 
More and more operators are tapping into the growing breakfast marketplace with high quality to-go items. 
 
The  full-service breakfast and lunch concept, Famous Toastery, is planning on including ready-made items to tap into the breakfast convenience demand. 

Four new franchisees will offer hot, ready-to-go bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches, in addition to wraps, salads and freshly squeezed juices with kale, lemon, ginger and apple, says co-founder Robert Maynard.

“At the end of the day [grab-and-go] creates a separate revenue stream for the franchisees,” Maynard says.
