Nation's Restaurant News: Fish City Grill names Dave Orenstein president
The former president of Snappy Salads Enterprises has been chosen to fill the role.
Fish City Grill has updated its leadership team. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the brand has announced that Dave Orenstein will be taking on the roles of president and chief operating officer.
“I'm thrilled to be joining such a great organization with incredible food and passionate fans and team members. The people-first culture is like no other and truly separates Fish City Grill from the field,” said Orenstein.
Earlier in his career, he worked as president for Dallas-based Snappy Salads Enterprises, CEO of Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon and president of On the Border.
