The company is currently focused on driving growth for Brioche&nbsp;Dor&eacute;e and expects the new executive&#39;s introduction to aid in reaching this goal.&nbsp;

The role was formerly held&nbsp;Olivier Poirot, who served as the company CEO for nearly one year. Ladouceur will continue Poirot&#39;s task of boosting brand growth through franchising efforts.
