This concept was launched in response to a growing consumer demand for on-the-go options.

IHOP has opened a new, fast casual version of its restaurant in the Dallas airport. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the concept offers popular menu items prepared within seven minutes or less as well as additional 'Grab-n-Go' options.
“We continue to build on, refine and enhance all areas of the business that have made IHOP a leader in family dining, including expanding our total number of restaurants and introducing new formats that meet guest needs,” said president Darren Rebelez.
This concept was launched in response to a growing consumer demand for on-the-go options. In addition to opening the IHOP Express, the brand is also looking into delivery options for its restaurants and partnerships with brands such as Amazon.
