Nation's Restaurant News: McDonald’s showcases international menu items at new Chicago unit

The West Loop location features a slick design and globally inspired dishes.

McDonald's is introducing a bit of international flair to its newest Chicago location. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the brand will feature items from around the globe at this restaurant. The location also features a modern design and is located in the West Loop neighborhood.

The items, taken from the company's extensive international menu, will be rotated regularly. The first iteration includes dishes from Canada, France, Brazil, China and Australia. Guests can order via UberEats or be using kiosks within the store. 

“We are delighted to showcase a taste of McDonald’s from all over the world, making this location a one-of-a-kind experience that Chicagoans will enjoy with friends and family,” said CEO Steve Easterbrook.
