Multiple employees who exemplified the brand's core values were promoted to new leadership roles.

Mod Pizza has promoted chief operating officer Paul Twohig. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the executive will now take on the role of president of the company. The position is new to Mod Pizza making Twohig the first to hold it.
This was not the only change in the brand's leadership structure. Other promotions included Megan Hansen as senior vice president of people and Lisa Luebeck as senior vice president of legal and general counsel.
“Each of them has been integral to our success over the past few years. Most importantly, they each exemplify MOD’s core values and are strong champions of our mission to use the business to make a positive social impact,” said co-founder Ally Svenson.
