Terms of the deal and the name of the buyer were not disclosed. Sentinel has owned the brand since 2012 and since then has been focusing on its turnaround and remodeling program.

&ldquo;Throughout our ownership, Huddle House has achieved impressive systemwide operational results that have increased efficiency and improved productivity at the individual restaurant level,&quot; said Jim Coady, a partner at Sentinel. &quot;Average unit volume increased by 14 percent on our watch, which reflects the commitment and dedication to excellence&nbsp;of the entire Huddle House team.&quot;

The chain has 349 units currently and reported U.S. systemwide sales of $240 million for 2017&rsquo;s fiscal year ending in April. Huddle House is not the only deal of Sentinel&#39;s in the last year&mdash;following the sale of Checkers &amp; Rally&rsquo;s and acquisition of Captain D&#39;s.&nbsp;
