Just in time for Halloween, Starbucks has launched a seasonal drink. According to a&nbsp;<a href="http://bit.ly/2lsgLrB?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=nations-restaurant-news-starbucks-scares-up-zombie-frappuccino-2704710" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" style="color: rgb(17, 85, 204);" target="_blank">recent article</a>&nbsp;in Nation&#39;s Restaurant News, the brand has released a limited edition Zombie&nbsp;Frappuccino. This is the third Halloween themed Frappuccino that the brand has released since 2014.

The drink consists of a caramel apple base, pink whipped cream intended to symbolize brains and a red mocha drizzle. It will be available through Halloween.&nbsp;

&quot;When brainstorming a new Frappuccino flavor this Halloween, we started by thinking about a Halloween party and monster mash.&nbsp;We already invited Frankenstein and vampires to the party, so we came up with another monster that could join the bash,&quot; said&nbsp;Jennie&nbsp;Robinson of the beverage development team.&nbsp;

The release comes as part of the brand&#39;s&nbsp;strategy to target consumers on social media. Starbucks was successful in generating buzz on social platforms&nbsp;earlier this&nbsp;year with a similar limited edition launch called the Unicorn Frappuccino.&nbsp;
