He brings years of experience at businesses ranging from Starbucks to Mrs. Fields to the table.

The brand recently began to franchise, opening the first of these locations in February. This restaurant opened its doors in Mission Viejo, California. Up until this opening, all locations were family owned and operated.

With the new franchising program comes a new name.
