Nation's Restaurant News: Wings N’ Things has new name, franchising plan and president

In order to prepare for expansion, the company has upgraded its name and leadership.

Wings N' Things is under new leadership and primed for expansion. According to a recent article in Nation's Restaurant News, the brand has hired new president Rob Streett to lead growth efforts. He brings years of experience at businesses ranging from Starbucks to Mrs. Fields to the table.

The brand recently began to franchise, opening the first of these locations in February. This restaurant opened its doors in Mission Viejo, California. Up until this opening, all locations were family owned and operated.

With the new franchising program comes a new name. Wings N' Things has rebranded the company name to Epic Wings. While the name has not yet been applied to all 19 existing locations, several have been converted to Epic Wings N' Things.

"I am thrilled to put my energy behind an emerging brand that is not only well positioned for growth but is fully committed to building a people-first culture. To be able to work in an industry that I love, while making a positive impact on the communities and people groups we serve is an incredible opportunity for me," said Streett.
