Qdoba franchisee have come together to fight changes being made by their franchisor. According to a recent Nation’s Restaurant News article, the Qdoba Franchisee Association was formed and announced last Friday “to protect and enhance” franchisees’ “collective $250 million investment” in the brand.

“We want to speak as a powerful voice as franchisees,” said Ron Stokes, chairman of the association. “Given the uncertainty with the brand, we think we need to be consolidated in protecting our interests and investments.”

Although the committee was not formed due to conflict with the brand, the group would like to ensure that current plans stay on track.
