Nevada Appeal: Ruby Tuesday Looks To Move to Carson City With New Investor

The restaurant franchise is looking to expand into the western states and bring on a new investor.

Ruby Tuesday has targeted the Carson City area for development, and is looking for the ideal franchisee to spearhead this growth. 
 
According to the Nevada Appeal, the Carson City area appreciates excellent food at a great price, which is why Ruby Tuesday finds the market is so appealing for development.
 
“We are looking for a multi-unit investors to bring our vision to Nevada,” Ruby Tuesday Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations, James Vitrano told the Nevada Appeal. “We haven’t gone West in a long time, if you look at Ruby Tuesday it has a strong Southeast and Northeastern presence. We have a new modernized version of a 40 year old concept and when we inject that into a market with good food and a high value market, we hope it will be a good mix.”

Once this franchisee is identified for Carson City, Ruby Tuesday could be open in as soon as three to six months.
