Mighty Quinn&#39;s BBQ recently signed their first franchisee, Long Island native Jason Wotman. Wotman has signed to bring three locations to Long Island as the brand is looking to continue growth on the east coast. Since the brand&#39;s founding in 2011, Co-Founder Micha Magid, Christos Gourmos and Hugh Mangum have opened nine corporate-owned locations, a restaurant at Yankee Stadium and five international franchised units.&nbsp;
