NJBiz: PA Tree Care Service Looks to Expand to Summit
The Lehigh Valley-based tree care service company, Joshua Tree Experts, is entering the franchising space and looks to make one of its first expansions in Summit, NJ.
According to a recent article on NJBiz.com, Joshua Tree Experts, a tree care service company, will launch franchises in about half a dozen cities, including Summit, NJ, in 2022.
A property’s landscape can add up to 25% to the value of a home, causing the landscape industry to experience growth nationwide. And, according to Redfin, Homes in Summit are in high demand, with the average house selling in around 31 days of being listed.
“[Summit] has a really good unique spot that’s offering the type of tree and topography that we’re used to now, and we think franchisees can launch very successfully there,” says Joshua Malik, the founder of Joshua Tree Experts. “The profile of our partner audience, we want to deal with single home dwellings and an older community that understand the value of a healthy landscape.”
