NJ.com: K9 Resorts opens new facility in Fanwood

K-9 Resorts Daycare & Luxury Hotel marked the celebration of its 10^th anniversary by cutting the ribbon on a major expansion of its flagship location in Fanwood, New Jersey. The brand new state-of-the-art facility nearly doubles the size of the current Fanwood location on South Avenue from 4,000 to more than 7,000 square feet.

The grand opening included a ribbon-cutting ceremony with K-9 Resorts Daycare & Luxury Hotel co-founders Steven and Jason Parker, Fanwood Mayor Colleen Mahr, an open house, guided tours and refreshments.

K-9 Resorts Daycare & Luxury Hotel’s new flagship facility features more cage-free boarding options, a larger playroom for dogs, daycare facilities for smaller breeds and a 5,000 square foot artificial turf outdoor play area.

The brand, which was rated in the Top 3 boarding facilities in America last year by leading pet website www.iheartdogs.com, also has plans to open five more locations by the end of 2015, including the franchise’s first locations outside New Jersey in Pennsylvania and New York.
