After spending 20 years in construction and construction sales, Greg Filgo was always interested in going into business for himself. Three years ago, Filgo bought the <a href="http://lennysfranchise.com/?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=northeast-mississippi-daily-journal-lennys-grill-subs-opening-new-location-in-tupelo-mississippi-4712" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Lenny's Subs</a> location in Tupelo, Miss. &#8220;I didn&#8217;t know anything about the restaurant business at all,&#8221; he added. &#8220;It was a chance and I took it. It&#8217;s worked out well.&#8221; Now, Filgo is looking to add a second location, hoping to open in either West Tupelo or Crosstown.
