The newly created position will oversee the franchise&rsquo;s HR department and encompass high-level duties including, &ldquo;building the right structure and capabilities for sustained growth, and creating a culture of recognition and innovation throughout our company,&rdquo; according to a statement from Brian Niccol, Chipotle&rsquo;s recently installed CEO.

Andrada comes to Chipotle after serving as Kate Spade&rsquo;s senior vice president of human resources and chief human resources officer. Before Kate Spade, Andrade held senior-level positions at Starbucks, Gamestop, Red Bull North America, Universal Studios and Pepsico/Pizza Hut.

&ldquo;I&#39;m thrilled to be joining the company as they look to strengthen the talent and the team in ways that will set the company up for success in the next chapter,&rdquo; Andrade said in a statement released with the announcement of her hiring.

Andrada is the latest in a slate of high-level appointment, starting with Niccol&rsquo;s hiring in early March. In mid-March, Nicole hired Chris Brandt as chief marketing officer.
