Orangetheory Fitness Reaches Growth Milestone
The location will be owned and operated by master franchisee, Jamie Weeks.
Orangetheory Fitness is celebrating the opening of a milestone location. According to a recent release, the brand's Portland gym marks the 1,000 location across the globe.
Franchisee Jamie Weeks is no stranger to the brand, as he serves as CEO of the company Honors Holdings, which is responsible for 52 open locations. Honors Holdings has an additional 13 Orangetheory gyms currently in development. Weeks will further expand his portfolio through his recent decision to become a master franchisee for southern England.
"With today's Portland grand opening taking us to 1,000 studios, we're well on our way to our goal of operating 2,500 studios – serving 2.5 million members – by 2020," said CEO and Co-Founder Dave Long.
