The Memphis-based restaurant chain, specializing in Philly cheese steaks and other grilled and deli subs, has its eye on the area for development. &nbsp; 
 
Bob Ritter, vice president franchise and market development for Lennys, said right now the company is in the process of zeroing in on a location for the first Orlando area restaurant. The closest restaurant, and one of a few in the state is in Bartow. 
 
&ldquo;We have had a lot of success in Bartow,&rdquo; Ritter said, and will follow that with a Kissimmee area restaurant in the near future. The company has a specific interest in the area and hopes to open several locations in the area.&quot; 
 
The restaurant chain has more than 100 locations nationwide, many of them in Tennessee.
