On Friday, <a href="https://www.nrn.com/quick-service/papa-john-s-restructures-management-team?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=papa-johns-announces-new-evp-chief-operating-and-growth-officer-2708172" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Papa John&rsquo;s announced the promotion of Mike Nettles</a> to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Growth Officer, a newly created role that will oversee&nbsp;four other newly created positions designed to &ldquo;improve the experience that customers have with Papa John&rsquo;s and accelerate growth,&rdquo; <a href="https://www.qsrmagazine.com/employee-management/papa-john-s-unveils-new-organizational-structure?utm_source=1851franchise.com&utm_medium=article&utm_campaign=papa-johns-announces-new-evp-chief-operating-and-growth-officer-2708172" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to a press release</a>.

The new roles include Senior Vice President, Chief Analytics and Technology Officer; Senior Vice President, Customer Experience; Senior Vice President, Menu Strategy and Innovation; and Senior Vice President and Chief Brand Officer.

&ldquo;Improving how we engage with our customers is core to the new operating priorities announced earlier this year,&rdquo; said Papa John&rsquo;s president and CEO Steve Ritchie. &ldquo;By aligning our leadership structure around the customer experience, our team&rsquo;s diverse talents will be leveraged to drive enterprise-wide change and pioneer new innovations that accelerate the company&rsquo;s growth.&rdquo;

Nettles previously worked for Papa John&rsquo;s as Senior Vice President, Chief Information and Digital officer.
