Paris Baguette, the global bakery café franchise with over 4,000 units around the world, is reestablishing the neighborhood bakery café experience in Phoenix, Arizona. Sam Yoon and Thomas Park, franchisees with the brand, are expected to open Phoenix’s first location this fall.

Paris Baguette will occupy a space next to Jinya Ramen Bar, as featured in the Phoenix News Times. The location has been empty since former tenant Blaze Pizza shut down in 2022.

This will be the third location in the state, joining existing bakery cafés in Mesa and Scottsdale, but it is just the beginning of Paris Baguette’s growth in the state. Yoon and Park have another three locations in the works.

The new bakery café, opening at 5120 North Central Ave., will serve freshly made breads, cakes, pastries and coffee drinks. Some of Paris Baguette’s most popular items are berry-filled cake slices, mochi donuts, and savory pastries like the Pastry Frank, a croissant-wrapped smoked bratwurst.
