Paris Baguette, the global bakery café franchise known for their French-inspired pastries and baked goods, is expanding into Indiana with plans to open multiple locations in the Indianapolis suburbs, including one coming to Carmel this winter. The brand offers freshly baked cakes, quiches, croissants, tarts, donuts, and a variety of savory items each day. Their beverage selection includes expertly brewed Lavazza coffee and specialty drinks.
The cafés will offer indoor and outdoor seating and cater to dine-in, takeout, and delivery guests.
“You walk into Paris Baguette, and you’ve got everything you need,” Wei Zhu, the franchisee opening the Indiana locations, told IndyStar.
This includes whole cakes, cake slices, croissants, mochi donuts, French jams, ham and cheese pastries, four-cheese quiches, breakfast sandwiches, wraps, hot and iced lattes, and blended beverages.
