Pork and Mindy’s Expands into Denver

Pork and Mindy’s has opened a location in Denver’s TIAA Building. According to a recent article in QSR Magazine, the barbecue franchise is working alongside Compass Restaurant Group to bring its one-of-a-kind menu to the local market. This is the second location to open since the beginning of the partnership with Compass.

“Compass Group has helped us to identify the outlets as trendy and successful options to scale and spread the brand. The partnership has also helped our team learn to question and focus its business model, everything from operations to the path of purchase for consumers,” said founder Kevin Corsello.
