Susquehanna Private Capital Invests in Premium Service Brands

Susquehanna Private Capital made an investment in the Charlottesville-based home service brand franchisor Premium Service Brands.

Premium Service Brands is a home service franchisor that partners with franchisees to provide comprehensive training, sophisticated technology, and cross-branded support for every step of their business. The brand’s CEO, Paul Flick, started with just one brand and has since grown PSB's portfolio to seven brands including ProLift Garage Doors among other home service brands. With funding from Susquehanna Private Capital (SPC), ProLift Garage Doors and all PSB brands will continue to be key players and grow in the industry.

SPC targets U.S. companies with $3 million to $15 million in EBITDA and has experience working with other home service brands.
