Targeted to open in summer 2022, the new location will give Vancouver Island residents a chance to find out what has made P.volve stand out in a sea of fitness options, with its functional, pain-reducing, balance and strength-building approach to exercise.&nbsp;&nbsp;Canada’s first P.volve owners, Lucille and Tom Cuell, have always been passionate about fitness since a young age. After Lucille saw her health declining at just 55, she left the corporate world to focus on her health and discovered P.volve. After experiencing the benefits of P.volve firsthand, the Cuells found their passion to bring the brand to Canada.“I’ve been involved with fitness for over three decades and this is the first concept that I really thought, hey this is different,” said Lucille. “I see P.volve being instrumental in helping Vancouver Island residents prioritize their health.”P.volve is turning traditional exercise methods upside down, and Rachel Katzman, the brand’s co-founder, says she hopes the signing of new locations will leave people with healthier relationships with fitness.“We believe traditional fitness has dropped the ball, leaving most people with injuries, pain and empty notions of what it means to be ‘fit,’” said Katzman. “Our method is grounded in functional movement to mimic the way your body moves in real world situations. Our studios are playing such a huge part in that delivery.”Each new P.volve location will offer the brand’s clinically backed fitness regime known for rounding out glutes and addressing everyday pain in a hybrid model of a global on-demand platform and an in-person high-end studio experience. This model focuses on giving clients the chance to move with purpose and “meets them where they are'' (in home or in studio).
