Qdoba to Fight Childhood Hunger With No Kid Hungry

Guests will be offered an incentive to donate money to support the organization.

Qdoba has announced that it will be working with No Kid Hungry this September to fight childhood hunger across the nation. According to a recent article in QSR Magazine, the brand will be offering guests an incentive to donate $2 to the cause. If they participate, they will receive a coupon for free chips and queso on a future visit.

“With more than 13 million children living with hunger in the U.S., we feel compelled to do something. We started working with the No Kid Hungry campaign in 2017 and we couldn’t be more proud to throw in our hat to help with this cause. We set an ambitious goal and are determined to raise $200,000, which would help provide two million meals to children,” said Jill Adams, VP of marketing at Qdoba.

In addition to the coupon incentive, the brand will be throwing a kick-off party and fundraiser at a Lakewood, CO location. 20 percent of sales at the location from 5–7 p.m. will be donated to No Kid Hungry.
