Dunkin' Donuts has announced a new brand focus. According to a recent article in QSR Magazine, the chain will be shifting efforts to provide an experience based on convenience. 

The restaurant plans to simplify menu offerings and introduce delivery services. This condensed menu is set to launch in August. Dunkin' Donuts will also incorporate more drive-thru's in an effort to  achieve the goal of becoming an on-the-go brand. 

“Wrap all of this with modern brand expression— including new restaurant design—and we’re confident this plan will put our system on the next wave of long-term sustainable growth,” said president David Hoffman.
