QSR: Franchising Vet to Lead CoreLife's Western Expansion

Brooks Speirs will lead the health-food franchise’s expansion efforts as vice president of franchise development

QSR.com is reporting CoreLife Eatery, the three-year-old health-food franchise, has hired Brooks Speirs as vice president of franchise development. Speirs will work with CoreLife’s senior vice president of franchise development, Steven Corp, to spearhead the brands increasingly aggressive franchise expansion efforts.

Founded in Syracuse, New York in 2015, CoreLife Eater already has 29 franchise locations, with another 55 in the pipeline for 2018. The brand has recently secured development agreements for new units in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Speirs brings 17 years of experience in franchise sales to CoreLife Eatery, having worked in development roles for franchise brands including Teriyaki Madness, Moe’s Southwest Grill and Quiznos.
